Paginated Reports - “yyyy-MM-dd” format doesn’t work for parameters on the header page

Hello,
I have applied the same format in both, header (parameter field) and body (field). However, it works only in the report’s body.
Would appreciate it if someone can help with this issue.

You may add a calculated field that holds text data type.
