Paginated Reports failing to sync with Azure DevOps repository

Hi, I'm trying to sync my recent updated Paginated Report (that originated from SSRS) in Power Bi to my Azure DevOps repository, but when I do, the following error comes up:

"Something is wrong with the connection details

We are unable to connect to the Git provider because something is wrong with the connection details. Try to connect the workspace again."

I have several other paginated reports that came from SSRS, but they sync with no issue with my Azure DevOps repository. I don't know where I should look to find out why this report is having an issue with the workspace.

Status: Investigating

Hi @Tscott001 ,

Based on the information above, you may troubleshoot this by following ways:

1.Check if connection details for the problematic report are correctly configured. This includes verifying the Git provider settings, authentication methods, and any credentials used. Sometimes, a minor typo or outdated credential can cause such issues.

2.Since other paginated reports are syncing without issues, compare the connection settings of the problematic report with those that are working. Look for any discrepancies in the configuration.

3.If the issue started after recent updates to the report, review those changes to see if any could have affected the connection details.

Hope it helps!

Best regards.
