PIBix not downloading on chrome

When I try todownload the pbix file from chrome it comes up with a box saying the pbix is ready to download but nothing else happens no pop ups.  However if I use IE it works fine?

Which version of Chorme are you using? I just tested on Win10 x64 + Chrome Version 60.0.3112.78 (Official Build) (64-bit) but cannot repro the same issue on my side. Please refer to the recorded video below.
