PBI won't open in desktop because database is blocked

I downloaded a copy of my PBI from the service, but when I try to open it, I get this error:

Hi,

I think this error may be caused by the sensitivity label your report applied. I think you can follow this link to check if this issue is related to the sensitivity label within your report in the Power BI service:

I am getting a similar issue while downloading a copy of my Power BI report ~~ 

This operation is not allowed, as the database '90016e11-1a4a-4b83-bbee-a78570f1c1b3' is in a blocked state.

 

Can someone help resolve it?
