PBI personal data gateway

Hi Team,

I am unable to delete or remove On-Premises data gateway (personal mode) as I am getting the below error while performing the task.

Unable to delete this gateway. Ensure you're connected to the Internet. Contact Microsoft support if the issue persists.

Even I have tried deleting or removing it from the powerplatform --  https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Its still the same.

Would appreciate if you can please look into this matter and help me remove the On-Premises data gateway (personal mode) from my profile.

Seems like find that where the issue happens.

Note that there is no information in Contact info column for the personal mode gateway, please open your personal gateway application to check that whether you have signed in your personal gateway with the current account.

As far as my test, if have not signed in the personal gateway, when deleteing it in Power BI Service, it would show the error:

After signing in, it can be deleted.

I have even tried un-installing and re-installing the gateway however the issue still persists.

I am not using any Virtual or SQL or any other server for gateway. I am using it on my machine using Windows 10.
