PBI Metrics Visual not visible in Desktop

I have a Pro License and would like to use the Metrics Visual in Desktop. Not sure why, but the icon for the Metrics Visual does not show in my Desktop - I downloaded and installed the latest August '22 Desktop version (64 bit for Windows)

 

The icon is visible in my Pro environment?

Did the 'Metrics Visual ' is a custom visual in Power BI Desktop, seesm like could not find it in Marketplace.

The metrics feature for desktop is still in 'preview' mode, so you have to go to options > preview features and select the 'Metrics visual' box.
