PBI Freezes when clicking on Bookmarks Pane

Hi, everytime I click on the Bookemars Pane in PBI the application just freezes and after a couple minutes it closes.

Can anyone help me please?

Did the issue happen with all reports or only this specific report? 

I tested on my side but not able to reproduce the issue. Would you please share detail steps with us to reproduce the issue?

I am facing the same issue. Not on every report but on a specific one. It worked perfectly before the December update. I have appx. 20 bookmarks in this report. Now if I click on View and activate the bookmark pane, PBI Desktop freezes and stops working. I had to kill the process with the taskmanager, since PBI did not react even after 10 min..

Getting the same with Bookmarks on reports  as of 05 May 20 ..

When I try to view bookmakrs the reports freeze and the CPU and memory usage goes through the roof 

the reports  were previously fine and have been in use for a year so this is an issue with Power BI and not the eprots

 have to force PBI to shut using task manager.

I have not changed the reports ...trying to reinstall PBI to see if thaty helps

I'll answer my own issue

reinstalled the March 20 PBI update and all working fine: no idea why the issuse started but bookmarks now showing fine and can be eidted  and PBI running much faster again ( it had become sluggish)
