PBI Dashboard with SAP HANA Schedule Refresh Fails

I am getting this schedule refresh fail issue from past many months and I am not able to figure out the problem.
Any suggestion that would solve the problem would be appreciated.

Looks like you have a special character that cannot be properly converted to UTF-16 LE

Can you refresh normally in Power BI Desktop ? According to the error message, there is a problem converting the data type from NVARCHAR to UCS2, you can check the corresponding data to see if the problem exists.

Thanks for your response.
Yeah I can refresh normally in Power BI Desktop and also in service it is scheduled to refresh 9 times a day out of which it fails 3-4 times a day.
If there was a special character then it might be failing every time as it should not be able to convert in next refresh also? Does make that sense?
