Overall Metric Status Showing Different from the Check-in

Hi,

 

I have a KPI which is showing a different overall status as compared to the latest check-in.

These are the rules I've setup and it is working properly on the check-ins. I would expect that the overall status would also show "Within threshold" in this instance, but why is it showing as "Off track"?

Can you turn on the Show targets in the KRI ? Can you also provide the History for reference ?

I think I found the root cause. The issue is that the overall status looks at the final target rather than the milestone target. I have multiple milestones (monthly targets) and a final target (which is the accumulated end of Financial Year target), and the check-ins seem to be perfectly working well with the milestones, but not with the overall.
