    Hi raaviksingh ,

May I know what’s your data source and what kind of connector you used to connect to the data source?

When did you get this issue? Did you get it when viewing report? Refresh? Or add data source to gateway?

Is your data source a SQL database? If so, you may prolong the timeout in the Connector dialog? Will you get such kind of timeout issue?

  • Hi Caiyun,

My data sources are MS SQL Server and Oracle. I am using my personal gateway to connect to these data sources.

This issue is happening when I am manually trying to refresh dashboards

    Hi raaviksingh ,

For such kind of time out issue for SQL database, if you keep getting this error for this dataset, you could try to prolong its timeout command to avoid this issue.
