No tool to print out Facility Metrics

Unable to print out facility metrics in the Global Operations Scorecard (

. Earlier a function Metrics Charts (please see screenshot below) was available. It helped us print metrics separately one by one in order to hold the PID. Now we are unable to print metrics as this function is not present in Help.

When did this problem arise? Have you recently seen a change in administrator privileges?
