No email message after scheduled data refresh failure

Hi,
For some reason, since the beginning of 2021, none of my team members receive the email message that informs us about scheduled dataset refresh failure.

Is this a known issue?

This is a known issue:

Power BI customers may have intermittent delays receiving email notifications. Azure engineers have identified the root cause and a mitigation is being applied, full recovery is expected by 05 PM PST.
