No able to access Microsoft UI String Search page

I've been trying all day to open both the Microsoft UI String Search and Microsoft Terminology Search pages. Just saw another person posting about it in another forum. I have tried different internet connections to rule out that it isn't my network with a problem. The pages didn't load no matter what.
