New Card Visual does not respect number format (decimal places)

Hello,

I have a percentage measure with this number formar:

0.##%

this should display decimals only if there are any (so for full 100% do not show decimal .00)

in the picture you can see it is working fine for table visual, but new card visual does not rescpect this:

Hi @jdusek92 ,

Please make sure you have the latest version and the data type is set to Whole Number, enable Thousands Separator, and set Decimal Places to 0 in the Modelling tab.

Hello @v-xiaoyan-msft no, I dont want to display whole numbers, I want to display percentages, with 2 decimal places, that are shown only if there are some decimal numbers.

  • so for 22,22% display 22,22%
  • but for 100,00% display only 100%
  • the format 0.##% that I use should work, and is indeed working in the table visual, it is not working in new card visual.
  • The issue I am reporting is that table visual is showing different number format than new card visual. It should be consistent across all visuals
