Multis-select option works in Workspace & Desktop but not in App

Hi,

I have a strange issue that my Slicer (new) works fine in a Workspace, but not in an App (yes, I updated the App several times).

The slicer is used on 3 pages (settings copied from each other). On 2 pages in the App it works fine for me, on one it doesnt. For other users it works fine on different 2 pages and doesnt work on one where it works fine for me. In desktop or WS it works fine on all 3 pages. 

Holding CTRL doesnt help. 

Any Ideas?

Hi @Anonymous 

So for you and other users, the page where slicer is not in effect is not the same is it? But it's normal for both PBI Desktop and workspace reports. And you have updated the app. so have you tried deleting the slicer and re-adding it? And clear the browser cache and log in again.
