If it’s not visible when accessing from apps, there could be a few reasons:
1.Make sure that the filter pane is enabled in your report settings. You can find this option under File > Options > Current File > Report Settings.
2.If you’re in edit mode, ensure that the visibility is turned on in the filter pane (the eye symbol).
3.It’s possible that the app settings are hiding the filter pane. You might need to check the app settings and ensure that the filter pane is enabled.
4.If you created a report recently with a new Power BI version, by default, the filter pane is a new experience, but reports authored in the past will have old and new filter experiences1. Make sure your Power BI Desktop is up to date.
