When looking at the User tab in the M365 Adoption dashboard the department column is either pulling in some department names with #Quot#, #Quote# in the middle of the department name, or some of the department names are blank. When comparing the user's department to Azure AD user properties I see the correct department name showing. My question is why are there inconsistencies in the department name on the dashboard, knowing that the department field on the report pulls from Azure AD's department field?
