Metrics visuals in Power BI report do not display when embedded on Sharepoint page

I have a Power BI report that utilizes several Metrics visuals. These visuals display correctly in Power BI desktop and in the service. However, when the report is embedded into a Sharepoint site using the Power BI web part, the places where the Metrics visuals should be show up as empty white boxes. One of the boxes displays the error message "Your Power BI session expired The current Power BI session can no longer be used to communicate with the Power BI service because of a service modification. You must close and re-open your browser to start a new session."

Status: Investigating

Hi @kwillit ,

In the past we have found that users have had similar experiences where the problem resolved itself after a short investigation. This situation is usually intermittent. Does the problem still exist if it is reopened as it should be?

Best regards.

@v-xiaoyan-msft The issue is persistent. I have attempted to embed this report in the Sharepoint page several times since mid-December and have had the same issue each time.
