Measures not coming into report through Datamart Connection

I have built out Datamarts for my company's reporting.  I have a General Datamart that houses data that several or all report need to connect to, IE. Store Hierarchy.  I also have specific Datamart for individual reports.  Within each Datamart I have created measure.  When I connect to the datamart using the Get data > SQL Server and paste in the link.  The tables come through, but the measure are absent from the tables.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to reproduce your problem, is this problem recent? Were other users in your organization able to reproduce it?

Yes, others on my team are having the same issue.  This is what I have discovered so far.  If I open a new report, and connect to my Datamart by going to get data, and selecting Datamart and pulling in the data that way.  The measure come through along with the table and columns included in the Datamart.

Yet when I connect to the Datamart using the get data, and selecting SQL Server, copying the link from the Datamart into the report.  I only get the tables and column, not the measures.  

The reason that we are trying to use this method is that we would like to have a General Datamart to house data that is used by mutiple reports, such as Store Hierarchy, HR detail, Headcount Details, ect.  Then each report has it's own Datamart.  This way we only have one source of truth for each data table.  

I believe the limitation is the way that we are incorperating the data.

Got the same issue here and noticed that a datamart (PowerBI Desktop > Datamart (Preview) in direct query) has correctly displayed the measures. All other connection type to datamart, including SQL endpoint did not displayed the measures.
