Advocate IVtsolbjor - I managed to work around this by renaming the measure in the dataset and publishing to a dev workspace, then I opened the report and removed the original measure with the same name, rename in the dataset to the measure name you want, republish, and add back to the report. It's a total pain, but it can get you by until Microsoft fixes this bug in PBI Desktop's javascript libraries.
Maybe send the frowns to convince them to fix it? 🙂
