1. What operation is the error occurring while doing? Has the same error been reported before?
2. Does the problem occur in Service or Desktop and what is the corresponding version information?
3. What is the connected data source? What kind of connection method is used?
4. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Or can you provide your screenshot or video of the procedure ?

The error is occuring when rendering the visual , This is constently occuring 

Error is showing in desktop whereas the visual doesnt even render in Service .It remains blank in service view

Connected data source is kusto and import method has been used
