Matrix export showing subtotals that have been switched off in visual

Hi All,

I have a Matrix report that details volume and value of stock delivered by date / order number and delivery address. In PowerBI.com, this shows exactly the details needed and the row subtotals are switched off but when this is exported to excel it shows the subtotals per date / order number and delivery address so the same values are displayed 3 times. 

I have another report that has subtotals switched off and exports as it should so not sure if this is a bug?

Hi  @Tasha_DGS 

Have you compared the difference between the 2 reports ? Are you exporting this one on Desktop or on Service?

Hi Ailsa,

Yes, I've had both reports side by side to ensure to make sure I'm setting the same Row Subtotals to the same 'Off' status and both are being exported from .com

The only difference between the 2 reports, is the one that works as it should has 2 rows and the one that doesn't has 3, not sure if that makes a difference?

Hi Ailsa,

Just an update, I recreated the reported as a table and then coverted it to a matrix and it seems to have solved the problem!

Idea Statuses
