Maps displayed on Teams display wrong locations - different from Desktop or online version

I have encountered a strange behavior dealing with Microsoft Teams. I have shared a report there which contains a world map. Whilst on desktop and browser all locations are visible where they ought to be (using GPS data) that is not the case when Report opened via Teams. Any idea what is wrong?

Thanks a lot

Hi @SMC690 ,

It would be great if you could provide more information.

For example, how do you create this map on your initial report, and which way do you use it? This is very helpful for us to reproduce your issue.

Hi Caitlyn

The map is created via Power BI Desktop. I don´t know what makes the difference in that though. Fact is i have one source and it was displayed differently from Desktop/Brownser Version to MS Teams Version. Seems not to be the case all the time though

I like Power BI but that is annoying once you share your reports
