Map visual not showing data points when exporting to pdf and subscribing to email

Hi there,

 

There seems to be a bug in the map visual when exporting to PDF and when sending the map image to subscribed users by e-mail. The data points disappear and the map is blank. Could you please look into the matter ?

This is indeed a known issue . The ID is 343344031 . If there is any progress, I will come back to update .
