Map user names for Analysis Services data sources

Hi all, 

 

I have problem in mapping user with new UI platform.

As the guidance from Microsoft, I would like to add more users to the gateway. However, it has no anymore pace for me to input users email and account. After the last user, there is blank pace

Then when I roll down to the end, it shows me like in the picture

I tried to click on add new rule but nothing happens. Please have a check on this, I need to add more users to this gateway, then they can check the published report. 

I had same problem before, but I used the old UI platform for mapping users as your engineer suggestion. However, now this link or this old platform is no more available. 

 

I really need this mapping user rework in urgent.

Hi  @ThuJa23 

When you need to give a large number of users access to a data source, using wildcards is a great way to do it. This way you don't need to add users one by one and waste a lot of time.

Or you can create a group, add those users to the group and then Map the group.

Thanks for your replies, I do not understand much how to use wildcard, as the link you shared also not really mention in detail about this. However, my problem is from the platform of MS, there is error somehow with blank pace and the buttons in mapping users do not work at all to me. There is no pace/raw for me to add new user, as usually there is a blank box raw, where I can add email and ID of users, then clicking add new rules, then save. But now that blank box raw is disappeared and the button "add new rules" didn't work also. 

 

I tried on many web browser from MS Edge, Firefox, Chrome.... but it doesn't work, I cannot add even only 1 user. Could you please help me in this case?
