Major Service Issue ? Unable to Refresh all my PowerBis since july version

Since the July version, all our scheduled Refreshes fail

with the erreor message We cannot convert the value "[Table]" to type Table or We cannot convert the value "[Function]" to type Function.

 

I have copied one Pbix onto a Dataflow (in a Premium Workspace) and been able to identify that if i use the Project Option  Allow combing data from multiple sources , the Dataflow runs otherwise i have the error We cannot convert the value "[Function]" to type Function.

 

So i suspect that when converting my Pbix in the service, PowerBI.com does not propagate the Ignore privacy settings of the Pbix.

Please note that this has happened sevreal times in the past with a new version of PowerBI and is extremely painful since it forces users to manually Refresh on the Desktop instead

So is it normally in Desktop July version ? If you publish the report to Service and then reset the scheduled refresh, will there be the same error?

It is the July desktop version 

I have also noticed that on the Service, the Data source Credentials for PowerBI randomly swith from Organizational to Private

I have started trying to unschedlue Refresh and reactivate them, so far it has worked on 2 of 2. I need to check further.
