KPI visual conditional formatting on the callout value not working on new format pane

In the original post, Padycosmos provide a new workaroud, it also works by my test.

If you still prefer the option in the previous version, you may create an idea in the idea forum to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products. What's more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
