July 2018 Desktop Issue - Access Data Table Loads Limited to 1,000 rows or less

When I download the Power BI Desktop July 2018 update, my data is only loading to 1,000 rows or less, even though there are over 1,000,000 rows in the dataset. My dataset connection is imported from Microsoft Access. Is this just a setting I can turn off? If I remove Power BI Desktop July 2018 and load the Power BI Desktop June 2018 update, I don't have issues with all of my data loading properly.
