Issues with PowerBI AI Insights - Score Sentiment

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post so I hope I am doing this correctly. Trying to apply the Score Sentiment using AI Insights but continue to recevie the following error:

DataSource.Error: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'An internal error occurred.'
Details:
DataSourceKind=AIFunctions
DataSourcePath=AIFunctions

Searched everywhere and ca not find a fix. I've included a screen shoot as well.

I've increased my max memory to 3600MB and made sure my privacy level is set to none. No help.

Any ideas? A bit desperate at the moment 🤔

I've been successfully using Score Sentiment from PowerBI AI Insights for a couple of months and suddenly it stopped working as shown below:

I've trying to troubleshoot it but up to now didn't find any solution.

Also, I'm trying both Premium Per User and Default options.

Is there anything I could apply on my Power BI Desktop?

Hi!

This is going to sound a bit silly but I didn't have to do anything to correct the issue. Microsoft advised an update was put through and everything suddenly worked. So sorry for not being able to assist further.
