Issues with Power bi and Power BI 64

I'm  getting this errors when starting Power BI and  Power BI 64 so, it is not a ·" bit operating system problem: I'm running

Widows 7 Service Pack 1 64bit operating system

on a HP 250 G4 notebook PC

with intel i3 5005U CPU 2.00 GHz 

8 GB ram

Download the version of Power BI Desktop that matches the architecture (x86 or x64) of your Windows OS.  Also , you need meet the following Supported Operating System .

1. Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows 11

2. Microsoft Power BI Desktop requires Internet Explorer 10 or greater.
3. Microsoft Power BI Desktop is available for 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) platforms.
