Issue with new card visual after publishing to PBI Services

I have an issue where the “new card” visual layout becomes misaligned / messy after publishing to Power BI Service, even though everything looks neat and properly aligned in my PBI local (desktop).

Managed to find a fix for this: Select card visual -> Visual Settings -> Card -> Apply Settings to: All -> Layout -> Callout Size (increase this)

This is not because you have the zoom of the browser? Like, you can zoom in/ out 2 ways. Either the selector bottom right, or, you press the browser's options and change the zoom in/out through the browser. We noticed that it can mess up visuals and can go by easily unnoticed.

I also have an issue with the new card visual. Recently i've noted that the new card visual is appearing fine in the destop version but is resized and out of shape in the web version. Appreciate if someone could suggest a solution for this.
