Issue with Power BI 'Sequence contains more than one matching element'

Dear all,

I am working on a Power BI Desktop which is connected to a power bi semantic model via direct query, it has a mixed storage mode with other tables having being connected consequetially. I worked on this report for about month without any issues until last week, any time I try to delete a measure or connect to a new table I get this error:  'Sequence contains more than one matching element'

I read this could be solved by renaming the measures and deleting them but this didn't work. I also checked if there was any unwanted duplicate elements in the table but I didn't see any. How can I solve this issue??

Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please ensure that there are no duplicate elements in your tables.

As you mentioned, renaming and deleting measures didn’t work. Try removing the problematic measures entirely and then recreating them with different names.

Best regards.
