I am having issues with the latest version of Power BI Report Builder.
I am not able to sign in, and receive the following error (which seems to be related to Web Account Manager for .NET?).
Unable to load DLL 'msalruntime_x86': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) See https://aka.ms/msal-net-wam#troubleshooting
This is using the Micrsoft Store version of Report Builder 15.7.1811.11, which appears to be 'newer' than the most latest version?
Note - I can't revert to an earlier version of Report Builder as this would require UAC to un/reinstall.

So your problem happened after updating Report Builder? Looking at the error message it seems that the DLL 'msalruntime_x86' file is missing. Can you go inside the installation file and find that file? If not, you may need your UAC to reinstall Report Builder for you.
