Issue in accessing Q&A with shortcuts

Hello,

 

This is regard the issue I am currently facing in accessing Q&A in power BI desktop version after the latest update.

I am unable to access Q&A neither with a double click on the canvas not with ctrl + E shortcut. I have enabled all the relevant options in preview features and data load options. But, the issue still exists. I tried reinstalling the application to check for the same. But, nothing worked. It would be great if you could address this issue.

I did a simple test, it works fine on my end. and my test version is : 2.138.1452.0 64-bit (November 2024)

Thank you. Could you please share a snip of your preview features in the options?

 

I disabled on object interaction and then it was working fine for me.

Hi @Max19 ,

 

Yes, I checked my checkboxes in options and settings regarding the preview feature and my on-object interaction option is unchecked.

If your job requires you to enable the on-object interaction option, we recommend that you can open a support ticket to report this issue.
If this is not necessary, we are glad you have workaround. this thread will be closed.

Thank you for the response. I am unable to login to the Microsoft service hub. May I know if it is possible for you to raise a support ticket on my behalf. I had a look at the product service page as well but not sure on the inputs.
