Is Power Bi Down 9-14-2020

Is there an Power Bi outage currently in effect for Americas and EU. I am able to access workspace and data sets however, reports and app spaces are not loading for any user in the organization.

We're seeing this, as well as issues publishing to the Power BI Service. Is anyone at Microsoft looking into this?
