Inserted images not showing in shared report

I am using images as the anchors for bookmarks.  When I push the report to the workspace, users are not able to see the images.  The image is there, just "hidden".  The bookmark is still functional it just cannot be seen.  We have tried across browsers, clearing caches, etc.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Please test our report to see if the same issue occurs on your side. If possible, please share your pbix file with us, you can upload it to your OneDrive and send the share link to me via private message.
