Incremental refresh missing the last day of each month (Using Native query)

I have an incremental refresh table created by Enabling query folding into a native query 

It was working fine but lately I am missing the last day of each month of the 2 months that incrementally refresh.

The incremental refresh is set up as this:

Can anyone help with this issue?

We have seen in the community that there have been users with experiences similar to yours in the past, you can refer to the following suggestions.

1.You need to check the data source settings and make sure the time zone is correct. You also need to check the refresh schedule and make sure it is not set to skip the last day of the month. You can also try to refresh the dataflow manually and see if the missing data is loaded.
2.You need to configure the incremental refresh policy correctly and make sure the RangeStart and RangeEnd parameters are set to include the last day of the month. You also need to make sure the date column in your source table has the Date/Time data type and matches the format of the parameters.
