Incorrect SAP assigned

Iam supposed to see SAP 9123, I am no longer assigned to SAP 3827, can you assist with fixing this? Also, Intraday hasnt been showing the entire discrtict, any workarounds?

I tried to reproduce your problem without success. When did this problem occur? We don't seem to have seen other users having the same experience as you recently. Does it still exist today ?

I still cant view SAP 9123 on every report for example assisted support charge.
