Imported Power BI report with Smart Narrative visual in Power Point

I have 2 Power BI reports which contain a Narrative visual.

When I open a Power Point and I select to Import the reports (through Insert tab), the Narrative visual is not displayed in the PowerPoint and I get the following message: "Somenthing went wrong and we couldn't load the narrative. Try again later". The other visuals are displayed properly.

Status: Investigating

Hi @labrosstr ,

 

Can you check if WebView2 is installed on your device? If not,You can download it from the Microsoft Edge WebView2 page.

And also ensure that your PowerPoint presentation isn’t protected by Windows Information Protection (WIP), as this can interfere with the Power BI add-in.

Could you please elaborate more on how to ensure that my PowerPoint presentation isn’t protected by Windows Information Protection (WIP) ?
