My Power Bi desktop does not open is frozen on this screen.
I have windows 11 64 bit
It was working the day before with no problems.

Did multiple processes running in the background at the same time or did these pc meet the minimum requirements to run Power BI Desktop? See: Minimum requirements
In addition, have you tried to download Power BI Desktop from web page to check whether these pc could open it? Below is the web page link that you can try:

or you may try install 32bit to see if it works.

I've been using Power Bi on this laptop for 1 year now with no issues.
I performed the test by reinstalling Power Bi 64 bits and 32bit again without success.
