I can't log in to my PBI account on Desktop + Refresh not working

Hi, I've been trying to find a solution to this but I'm not figuring out how to make this work again.

I've been having this issue for the past week where I would try to hit Refresh Data on an individual table instead of doing the Refresh that takes all tables and this 1. doesn't do anything and 2. sometimes makes the entire app freeze and stop working, I have to end up forcing it to close from the task manager

I was told to clear cache data to see if this issue could be solved and now I can't even log in back to my account, it just asks for my email and then does nothing at all, the pop up message just disappears when I hit ok. Is there any way to fix this?
