BMC Footprints 11.6.10 and Oracle. Reports in Power BI. Anyone done any work with BMC Footprints?

Good morning!

I've recently setup Power BI to connect into our Oracle tablespace where our BMC Footprints data resides.  I wanted to pull some meaningful reports out of it.  Anyone charted out any Power BI reports already?

      Sorry about the delay in response.  Thought I'd get an email if someone posted.

       

      I've started trying to mark fields so that I can bring up visuals.  What I'm hoping to render is reports that indicate technicians with the most assignments, most populous types of issues over time, and the customers that use our services the most.  Is there some type of report I can bring out of Power BI that might help someone find consistencies across the data?
