Hololens 2 stuck in "Loading artifacts from PowerBI"

When I open up Power BI on my Hololens 2 - the app gets stuck in "Loading artifacts from PowerBI".

I have attempted to solutions I have found online, which includes rebooting the device and making sure that I have content favourited - but none work.

I have favourited reports, dashboards and apps, but still no luck.

Can you please help?

Hi all

 

After letting the program run for several minutes, I eventually got into it and could use the content.

So you just need to have patience...

this may just be a network problem or a hardware response problem.
