Hiding Tile Title Requires Deleting Text

When editing a tile on a dashboard, there is a checkbox to "Display title and subtitle".  However, unchecking this and hitting Apply when there is text in the Title and Subtitle fields doesn't actually apply the change; it simply closes the edit window, and leaves the title visible.  Re-opening the window shows that the "Display title and subtitle" checkbox is still checked.

Often, unchecking this box won't even activate the "Apply" button, and there's no way to try to save it at all.

However, if you delete the text from the Title and Subtitle boxes, it then seems to work as expected.  You can uncheck the "Display title and subtitle" checkbox, hit Apply, and the change is saved, and shows on the dashboard.

And even once this has been completed, it breaks the ability to move the tile afterward.

Please refer to the video I posted in it breaks the ability to move the tile afterward. I cannot repro the same issue as you on my side in different browsers. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.

Best Regards,
Herbert

I can repro the "Display title and subtitle" issue now. The fix should be available in Power BI Service next week. Please check it later.
