Help Needed! Matrix not displaying the actual values in the Column but the total is correct

Matrix not displaying the actual values in the Column but the total is correct. Can someone help me how to fix this and get the actual values printed instead of the blanks being shown?

    return
    (CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Data'), filter(ALL('Data'),Data[Assignment Status] = "Active - Payroll Eligible" && Data[Enterprise Hire Date] <= VALUE(_selectedDate) && (Data[Termination Date] >= VALUE(_selectedDate) || ISBLANK(Data[Termination Date]))))/2)

    This is the DAX Query which is calculating the Active - Payroll Eligible employees for our company. The Property is tied with the Data by Many to Many relationship.  I tried to change the relationship but it still didnt work out. 

    The data is there but it just get displayed on Matrix column. However, the value gets added to the total and the total shows up correct. Can you help me get the remaining 102-66 = 36?

    The Van Horne should display 36 for Active - Payroll Eligible employees.
