Grey Bar or Line Appears in PDF Export

I recently updated to the latest Power BI Desktop and have noticed every export to PDF now has a grey bar at the top of every page.

I have tested page background settings to see if anything would change but it has not.

I noticed that the white page border/margin is also a lot bigger than it used to be?

Hello, thanks for reporting the issue. The fix is in review now, and if everything goes well, the fix should be included in the April 2021 Desktop release.
