Google Sheets Beta Connector in Shared Drive

I am trying to use the Google Sheets Beta connector in Power BI Desktop. My company uses shared drives in Google to store most of our documents and spreadsheets to collaborate on.

The connector works fine for me when I connect to a spreadsheet in my personal Google Drive, but I get an error when trying to connect to a spreadsheet in my company's Google Drive which is shared with my account. 

The documentation says "This connector does support connecting to shared drives" - so either there is a bug or I am doing somehting wrong here.

This is the error I get when connecting to a shared drive.

Based on the error message, if the file format is like .xlsx format, it would return the similar error as far as I know. You can try to convert it to google sheets format and connect to check it again.
