Get Data (Preview) dialog in Desktop does not display all dataflows in workspace

I have been trying to find dataflows in the new Get Data dialog that I can view in the web service as a workspace admin.

When disabling the new Get Data (Preview) dialog experience, the dataflows become visible for selection.
