Gen1 Dataflow Failure - Gen1 Linked Entities

We are having serious problems with dataflows that are not capable of being refreshed without error.  They have linked entities in them and are Gen1.  The issue occured at 4am EST yesterday after days of successful refreshes, and no changes made to the dataflows or sources.

Error message:   Error: The credentials provided for the PowerBI source are invalid. (Source at PowerBIInternal.). RootActivityId = 89ee636b-6341-4d21-9702-58eca0bbb9ed.Param1 = The credentials provided for the PowerBI source are invalid. (Source at PowerBIInternal.) Request ID: 7719ba9a-b450-4b9b-8dbb-c71c1b9e8f3d.

Have tried to refresh credentials, change users, double check privacy settings, all unsuccessful.

Upon research I found the following issue from yesterday:

https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Dataflows-Failing-to-Refresh/m-p/4595735

Also found the same issue from several years ago:

https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Errors-while-refreshing-dataflow/m-p/1376538

https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/dataflows-with-linked-entities-failing-to-refresh/...

The solutions top the problem don't work, and the ultimate correction is a HUGE undertaking to redo the architecture.

Is this a known issue?  Is there a ticket that can be watched?  We have a key production app that has now been down from 1.5 days.

Thanks

Hi @MattBlueBeam ,

We checked internally and found this to be an acknowledged issue.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress. Thanks for your patience.

Best regards.
