Gateway is either offline or could not be reachable

When the gateway is offline, you can open on-premise gateway app to check it first and make sure this gateway has not been removed/deleted by anyone. 

 

Besides, we suggest that you have better to use the latest version of on-premise gateway, you can get it from the web site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53127

 

If you have access to Power Platform Admin Center, you can find your gateway under specific region and check its status or enable/disable this gateway(If not have access to it, please try to contact your administrator to check it):

In addition, you can try to restart the gateway to check it again, see: Restart an on-premises data gateway 

 

Add another gateway to create a cluster is another choice when the main gateway not works, see: Add another gateway to create a cluster
